Proof of a minimum of $100,000 in liability renters insurance is required of all residents. You may either choose your own HO-4 policy or you may choose to go with our provider, Renters Legal Liability (RLL). Please inquire with us if you have any questions.

Water and Garbage Service
Park West Apartments will bill for water and garbage services in addition to your rent each month. The following prices apply:
Garbage - All Floor Plans $5 per month
Water - Studio and 1br - $26 mth, 2br/1ba and 2br/1.5ba - $31, 2br/1.5ba TH - $32 per month
